Automatic data & device identifiers
We use analytics tools (like Firebase) to understand app usage, crashes, and performance. This may include device identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS Advertising ID) and general usage patterns. This data helps us improve DreamPics.
3. 💰 Payment Information
🔐 Secure payments only
We never store your full payment card details. All payments are processed through Google Play In-App Payments. Their privacy policy applies to your payment data: Google Privacy Policy.
4. 📱 App Permissions
- Internet & Network State – to generate AI images via our API.
- Write/Read External Storage – to save generated images to your device gallery.
- Billing – to handle subscriptions and purchases.
- Photo/Media permissions (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES) – only used to display your own generated images, and to allow you to save images from the app. We never access other personal photos outside the app’s context.
5. 🖼️ Image Upload & AI Processing
When you upload an image (e.g., for background removal, sketch-to-image, upscaling), you grant DreamPics permission to process it solely for the feature you requested. Your images may be shared with trusted third-party AI APIs to perform the transformation, but only for the exact task you initiate. We do not use your images for any other purpose, and we do not sell or redistribute them.
You retain full ownership. You can delete generated images from your device at any time.
6. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Subscription Terms & Content Policy
🚫 Zero‑Tolerance Policy
DreamPics prohibits generating nude, explicit, violent, hateful, illegal, or harmful content. Any violation leads to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all payments.
Prohibited content includes:
- ❌ Nudity / sexual content
- ❌ Gore or extreme violence
- ❌ Harassment & bullying
- ❌ Illegal acts or substances
- ❌ Hate speech / discrimination
- ❌ Deepfakes without consent
- ❌ Copyrighted/trademarked material
- ❌ Personal info of others
Consequences of violation
No prior notice – access revoked instantly.
Violators forfeit all subscription fees. No partial or full refunds.
Your account, device ID, and payment method will be blocked from future use.
Serious illegal content will be reported to authorities.
❌ NO REFUNDS FOR POLICY BREACH
By using DreamPics, you agree that any attempt to generate prohibited content results in immediate termination without refund. All sales are final when a violation is detected. Our AI monitoring system actively reviews content generation attempts.

AI content monitoring – We use automated filters to detect policy violations. Continued use of DreamPics means you accept these terms and acknowledge that violating them will cancel your subscription with no refund.

We use trusted providers to make DreamPics work:
- Google Play Services (authentication & payments)
- AdMob (optional ads if any)
- Firebase Analytics (performance & crash reporting)
- AI image processing APIs (third‑party for image generation/enhancement)
Each third party has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

We adopt industry-standard practices to protect your data. However, no online transmission is 100% secure. We continuously work to safeguard your information.
👶 Children's Privacy
DreamPics is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we delete it immediately. Parents/guardians can contact us for removal.

📢 Important Disclaimer: By using DreamPics, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Images generated are produced by third-party AI APIs. We do not collect your personal images permanently. All credits for original content go to their respective owners. We provide only the AI generation platform.
